The building from where the terrorist was firing the RPG was leveled by a bomb. If there were civilians in that building at the same time, would it be Israel's fault if they were casualties from the strike? In law, if you are using a civilian facility to wage war, it is a legitimate target.

Funny. I read an article in the Sydney Morning Herald last week about Israeli troops “storming a hospital” and there being a gunfight in a corridor. Interestingly, the article made no reference to who the IDF was shooting it out with, but did quote a Gaza Health Department official who said that Hamas were absolutely not hiding in hospitals.
