The guy is a financial genius and did a lot of good in Israel and he wants to keep Israel safe but is also willing to have peace. He signed the Abraham accords. He recognizes that there's no peace partners at the moment, but if there were he would have signed a real peace deal which is what all Israelis want. Israelis are fed up with wars

But he does have a right. There are many evil groups in the middle east that are as bad as Hamas. If he lets Hamas survive they will get voted into government again, because Palestinians have shown no mercy to their own people. 80% of them say that they support Hamas and Oct 7 massacre. They are protecting Hamas STILL using them as shields (insanity). Hamas will regroup and continue slaughtering Israelis. War is ugly, and in this case both sides are committing atrocities. The only way to stop this is to negotiate peace and share the land equally. The Palestinians need to condemn Hamas and all outside influencers, and Israelis need to condemn Netanyahu... which they already are btw!

However, I can look at this and say; when someone violently attacks you, out of nowhere on a holiday, defending yourself and applying force until they give up (especially if you're in charge of an entire nation), isn't a bad strategy. You realize that over 50% of the populating in Gaza is under the age of 18, right? Israel has already slaughtered more than thirty times more civilians, and a much higher proportion of them being children, than were massacred by Hamas.
