Don't wait for the ICJ to do anything because they have no actual power. The power is reliant on countries and judicial courts taking action on the ICJ's ruling. When the ICJ makes a ruling it is also reliant on the opposing parties to follow the ICJ's ruling, but they are under no obligation legally or morally to do so. The highest courts in countries must act, to bring forth charges, to make binding legal rulings on governments and businesses. However, in the past these courts have failed to do so. Unless there is a direct response from the legal fraternity and governments, nothing will be achieved.......as usual.

The ICJ's initial ruling seemed they were complicit to the crimes with not having enforcement in place. International law and statute makes clear when there is evidence of genocide and humanitarian suffering war crimes being committed.
