If you feel a need to point a finger at a group of people, the correct answer to who crucified Jesus is ; the Romans, the Jews and each of everyone of us. That includes me and you. To say that the Jews reject Jesus is also incorrect. There are many Jews who recognize the first coming of Christ as the Suffering Servant and more are coming all the time. Who were the very first Christians? The Jews were! In the time of Jesus it was the ruling class and Pharisees that did not eant to give up their power and therefore denied who Christ was. Therefore their vision has been vailed. It's a similar situation to Gentiles hearing the gospel message and rejecting it. I hope this clarifies things for you and gives you food for thought and grace for others.
