I appeared in in issb pma 151 and wasn't recommended but trust me selection is purely based on merit.

I'm twice not recommended from ISSB. It was great pleasure and it was great experience for me. Selection criteria based on merit.

Very Informative and helpful,It was my father dream that i should join army but failed all my chances,I can conclude now that the merit is very high they require things from teenagers that a person tries his whole life to achieve,Still i wont stop until i join army one way or another in sha Allah i will join the forces..Long live Pakistan Army💙

I Appeared in PMA 145 and these 4 days were among the best days of my life. It was a great experience although I was not selected.

Deputy president was my GTO in 130 l/c , a man of perfection and one of the coolest officer that i have during my issb at kohat centr wish you all best of luck ! Thank you

Love it. In 2011 i appeared in ISSB. and failed. It was best experience. Slection is 100% on merit.. even during ISSB everyone one can judge his-self. Great staff & Great slevtion method. now i m successfull in my life in Egineering field.. i love Pakistan.. I love PAK forces and ISSB. Appreciating Video.

I was rejected once in ISSB. But Alhamdulillah i thank Allah many times that i wasn't selected. Alhamdulillah!

I still don't understand, in my batch there was one boy who was silent in every task, not taking any initiative in GTO tasks and GTO was asking him to take initiative or speak up, gets selected for deputy interview and he may be serving somewhere now????

1st day is form filling only where you'll have to tell If your first relative is belongs to any force? This unveils that merit based selection is may be only 20% whereas, 80% selection is for children of officers. If you say that I am wrong so lets ask most of newly inducted cadets, you'll see most of them will be children of Armed Officers.
