Agreed. Used to be one of my favourite bands but they are moving towards pop. Have been since last album. Really sucks. But on a good note, Michael who they just kicked out is writing with ex Woe, Is me member
The screamer has literally just left...you need to do some more Issues though cause they have some unbelievable songs! Try: King of Amarillo Princeton Ave Stingray Affliction Never Lose Your Flames Coma Home Soon Flojo
I still remember the first time I heard Issues, i'd listened to Woe, Is Me before and knew I liked their grooves but fuck they took it to the next level with the pop production and vocals
Breakdown of Sanity - Hero Crown Magnetar - Eyes of Discontent Rectangles - Cosmic Metaphysical Verisimilitude Vermicide Violence - Inconceivable Somatic Defecation A Trust Unclean - Exonerate Fit For An Autopsy - Black Mammoth (official muusic video) Merciless - Bound In Fear
How crazy you’ve done an Issues song.. the week they announced their screamer has left the band 😭😭😭 Statements on Twitter from band page, Tyler Carter (clean vocals) and Michael Bohn (screamer)
I get that pitchfork thing when i mention this band Haha 🤣 Listened to them for time & I get goosebumps in that divide in a flawless clean vocal & the heavy shit. This is why I'm a sucker for Evanescence in particular, I love that Ying Yang kinda thing. I was hated when I was young for loving GnR illusion albums though so I'm not new to it 😌🤟
Never loose your flames by Issues is by far one of my favourite songs of all time. It`s not as heavy as this but it`s groovy and Tyler the clean Vocalist is just so good. Plus the video is awesome and beautiful too. I hope you`ll check it out.
My man you have GOT to check out Black Tongue! Easily the heaviest band I've ever heard! They're the guitarist and drummer of Infant Annihilator, and their vocalist Alex Teyen absolutely destroys every other growler I've ever heard, his technique for his lowest growl is fucking insanity! Check out the song "I'm So Tired of Sighing. Please Lord, Let it Be Night". It's the last song on their last album, and it's literally and lyrically the summoning of Satan. The ending of the song is absolutely incredible, gives me goosebumps every time. And the groove riff in the second phase of the song is one of my all time favorite riffs. Here's a link to the song! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kDs_Nyd6-2M.html
These guys reminded me of Linkin Park in the way they mixed genres. And I loved the brutal sound against Tylers voice. You should do Pheonix by Alazka And Blind Love by Awaken i am for more of this kind of mix in singing.
I’m glad Michael was kicked, his cleans was forced and I felt bad for him, also the new album wasn’t great at all since Michael unclean vocals sounds pretty damaged.
