I´m a INTP, so I´m between ISTP and ENTP. If I had been more interested in my food than ENTPS's lecture, I would probably have drifted mentally. In ENTP's place, I would probably have given my lecture when it comes to something that interests me passionately. I would have thought: Wow this ISTP is very nice to let me talk for so long without interruption.

Being an ENTP i would stop explaining abruptly if the guy infront don't listening. 😂. I will never try to initiate a convo with him/her. I accept their Ni and introvertness and move on.
Correction, when you want to and it's convenient XD I have an istp dad so I know better, he would also totally say something like this, I think it's when you are trying to interrupt their "relaxing time" just to say stuff that they don't care about so they tune you out, for example what I'm saying rn lmao, please correct me if I'm wrong I'd actually really like to know why y'all do this lol

Sometimes when he goes on these long rants about stuff he’s really interested in that I don’t know or don’t care about I just zone out, and he doesn’t even consider to think I literally don’t know what the heck he’s talking about and that trait can be really annoying. Or maybe if I had an exhausting day or just tired and I don’t feel like listening or talking to people at the moment.

Maybe I talk to much 😂 there's def times where I wanna talk my head off to my dad but once I start I notice he gets a little annoyed so I spare him :) my ENTJ bro listens to me idk what I'd do without him tbh lol, my dad really is the best to though, I just try to stick with cracking jokes around him and save the long convos for my bro XD Now that I think of it y'all ISTPs put up with people intruding on you with conversations and you just seem to deal with it until it's over, makes me feel bad tbh but y'know what can you do.
