I sold my home 2021 away from the city,,moved into a 1940s house ,out in the country,,I watch old black and white movies,play my record player. I'm 57 now,,and loving my life.

We were recovering from the horrors of WW2 - and, as kids, we were sure reminded of that. But yes they were innocent times and it was great to grow up then.

Kids in those days would listen to both--this music is what was playing on all the radio stations. Rock and roll was not hitting all the markets and had limited play compared to this music😊
