It's citrus season in Australia and my calamansi tree is bearing plenty of fruit. Using the fruit that I've picked off the tree, I share 4 recipe ideas using calamansi. I make honey calamansi tea, 'Real coffee Boracay' inspired calamansi muffins, refreshing calamansi juice, and a simple calamansi syrup.
