I just had a sinking feeling that we will never get to watch an el classico like this one. When the whole world stopped to watch the football giants play. One of the greatest matches ever I'm glad to watch it live on TV.
@@bernhardtrian7471 Players like Messi are impossible to emerge, just like Pelé was, each player is unique, so we won't have that pleasure of the classic again
@@user-ju1li5jw4h Sure, but there will be other greats. It's only a matter of time until we see another epic El Classico. We always lament the retirement of great players, but then others come along soon afterwards. Yes, Messi and Ronaldo were the greatest, imo, and yes, we are unlikely to see two players exactly like them again. But we will see other great players again, even some who are capable of doing things that Messi and Ronaldo weren't. It's inevitable and happens in every sport.
Yeah but probably you Will not have players like Ronaldo and Messi that were during 15 years on their peak and playing class level football at 35 years old or 38 years old @@danielwilliams173
@@arturovelasquez2767I bet you were wetting your pants at that time. Saying reminds me like you literally watched that match. Cry more Cry harder and kneel down to the Campeone Del Mundo
Imo, one of the best goals ever scored. The run from roberto, the movement on the left, the perfect timing, Messi's slight backwards run, and boom. Last minute, last shot, the shirt. Perfect
@@DiegoMartinezarellano-jx7dhyou know, this is the essence of football - to kick the ball so that it goes into the goal. But you don’t seem to understand, because you don’t understand this at all
@@Quipiebetter than all of them especially rapenaldo Pele does not have dribbling, ronaldinho doesn't have shooting, Maradona doesn't have scoring, Zidane doesn't have dribbling
Watching this a little more carefully, it’s amazing how coordinated Barca was in the improvised counterattack. Even Pique sprinted from his box to box to pull a set of eyes away from Messi. Meanwhile, Suarez had a nice little feint inside run right as the pass went out to Jordi Alba. There were just too many threats for Madrid to possibly cope with down a man, and the greatest threat of them all caught them with their pants down. 👑
there were too many threats because cr5 doesn't want to fall back typically as in every game so do their forwards creating threats. It was a last minute. No excuse
Still one of his coldest moments. Showing his shirt to the fans. Goosebumps. Ronaldo did it after as revenge but it does not measure up to the original.
Roberto switching his dribbling to his left foot so Marcelo couldn't dispossess him is one of those little things that most people miss, but is what makes a professional footballer.
I am one of the people who are extremely lucky that got to watch this game live , 90 minutes of goosebumps it was a rollercoaster of dopamine and emotions
Messi is so great that he made Madrid hate his country, that's a next level of trauma, nowdays Madrid doesn't have any Argentine players because of their trauma with Messi, they hear an Argentine talk and they have instant flashbacks of Messi, that's a next level of humilliation.
@@bigsmoke6805 I don't believe it, it's real, the hate they have for Argentina is insane, and the fact that the club itself won't sign any Argentine player for over 10+ years it's also pretty weird, knowing Argentine players are very respected and constantly getting signed by most if not all clubs in the world, every club in the world but Real Madrid, if that doesn't ring a bell, then idk what might ring it, go to any social and see what Madridistas say about Argentina/Argentines, it's insanity
@@PandaweePMC nah, today barcelona r bunch of scrub and real madrid just a bunch of Instagram poser. peak el classico was 2009 to 2018 where grown man with actual talent break ankle on the pitch. after that not worth watch, bunch of kids trying to be some body they clearly not at the same level as their predecessor
I would say it's a good time to take advantage of the fact that this really happened, we usually say "oh, this would have been great... if only it had happened", but no, we're in the timeline where Messi scored the goal and it's one one of the best goals that El Clasico has had.
The way he attacks that space in the box knowing that its exactly where Alba will play the ball is just pure chemistry. When Alba crosses Messi was there to meet it 8 times out of 10
Messi reads the game differently to normal players. It's like Lineker once said... "it's almost as though messi can watch the play from above"... his positional play has always been unreal and there are numerous examples he has found himself in the exact spot at the exact moment to execute like this
well not a Ronaldo crazy fan but he legitly asked to foul Roberto when 92 minute probably. Marcelo said it at the end of the match, he should have commited foul and it was 2-2 then
Best year of UCL, both Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayern of Munchen were on top list best teams full of stars on it, sad it only lasted 2 years later before tearing apart.
I just cant get over how lucky we are to have seen this era. Messi vs CR7 in el classico. It literally couldn't be written any better. Future generations will be so jealous of us for being able to live through this
out of all these Clasico games from the Messi era, the greatest moments by Leo will remain in the history forever: - This 92 minute winner at Bernabeu - Messi's two goals to beat Madrid in the Champions League semifinals (at Bernabéu again) - Messi trashing Madrid 2-6 (at Bernabeu, yet again) - Messi's hat trick to win 4-3 (at Bernabeu, like always) - Messi's 1st career hat trick and it was vs Madrid at age 19 at Camp Nou. - Messi's assist without a shoe in 3-0 victory at Bernabéu. - Messi trashing Mourinho's madrid 5-0 at Camp Nou and many many many more. No wonder why Madrid fans are traumatized by him LOL
They scream before Messi touched the ball… This is Lionel Messi Level. This man’s positioning is another level. He can see the future. This is the difference between him and others. He is not in rush. So cold🥶, so relaxed.
Everyone in this video is perfect.. Initial pass from busi to final finish by messi🎉. gomez and alba😍. But seigio was something else that season, pure fire😎
Messi it's Football, Messi The Genius, Messi The Magnifcente, Messi The Wanderwall. Messi The G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Times), Messi The B.O.A.T. (Best Of All Times) and Messi The C.O.A.T. (Champion Of All Times). Created by: Antônio Adriano da Costa (me), of the Brazil.
Football is a teamsport. Look how many Barca players do the right thing at once. 4 players sprinted into the box to put pressure on the defenders. Thats why they lost the trailing Messi. Who finishes like he did so often. 75% strength, 100% prescion. 🎉
They've used that play where Messi gets the last pass, so much so that Messi still uses it for Argentina to this day. It's a wonder how he and the teams he plays for keep pulling it off.
Most messi moments ever, scoring winning goal in madrid against ronaldo and just showing his jersey, his number and his name to the fans that nobody gonna forget his name, savage
