The best part of living in Santa Fe is we are surrounded by beauty thanks to the many Indigenous cultures. We celebrate diversity in the City Different!
re content in the future: the realness and CURRENT relevance of the Native American community. Anything that makes y'all a factor right here and now. Make the ppl respect your name. Real Natives Don't Die! xo love from the African American community
The most beautiful words I heard, were, "The Native Modeling scene is completely different.". And I hope it stays that way. Don't let anyone come in and change things up, to be like more of what already exists. Keep our cultures, and the things that are representative of our peoples, pure. Everyone did well. Loved the styles, and seeing all of the artistic creations. Of course, my favorite model, was you!
I enjoyed this awesome event. I particularly liked your dancing; so full of life!. The fashions were interesting. Would like to see more fashions for women. Would love to see how the various crafts are made, spotlighting the artisans. So, more danciing, fashions, crafts, oh, and singing.
The young lady singing has the voice of an angel. I love your videos. Just keep sharing your culture and your life. It was cool seeing Eric Hernandez there as well.
Wow! I am learning, so thank you. I live in El Paso Tx, where the Tiguas are. I was lucky enough to have been to many of the events they have. Keep it coming!
Beautiful video. LOVED seeing all those deadly outfits, hearing from the artists and organisers, seeing your walks and LED hoop performance. Thanks so much for sharing.
The clothing, the dancing, the music, everything was so beautiful! I love Santa Fe❤. I really enjoy the longer content I could watch this for two hours truthfully. What I would really like to see is cooking your various dishes and the ideas behind them. It makes me happy to see all of your beautiful content.😊
❤ I'm Indigenous Australian & my tribe is Waayni, I would love to hear more about your tribes culture. I love comparing some similarities, like we use our lips to point & we always use the word *deadly*.
The loudest woo hoo! For the elders from today and yesteryear! God blessed you and your beautiful people, that’s why y’all are still here! Woooo hoooo!
2:27 My very first book report I ever did in school was on the Pueblo Indians. I was 10. I thought the way their homes were built was the coolest thing ever. I love the head sculpture she did over her shoulder.
I absolutely love getting the longer content! Shorts certainly have their place, but I really like the longer ones personally. I wish I could have been there!
Great that you had such informal and friendly conversations with a diversity of fellow artists, dancers and craftspeople! Let them tell their own stories and shine by just being you ❤
Don't be nervous, you're going to crush it! Keep doing what you're doing, your culture is creative and fascinating! I love Native art! I have many signed pieces decorating my home.
@ 4:19 I love turquoise. All those beautiful rings. Beautiful people, beautiful clothes jewellery and values. I visited my family in Washington State in August the do a blackberry wine festival at Brematon, there were a few Native American stalls, I bought a stunning alpaca handmade cloak and some turquoise jewellery. Just an amazing country.
