Vinn, you really need to take better care of yourself. Your body is screaming out to you to help it get better. You know that food and water are your body's fuel, so you really can't neglect that and you saw what happened when you do... Especially with you working out a lot, you need to consume even more food and water to stay strong and healthy. One major tip I'd like to give you is to reduce your soda intake. It's a hydration killer and can cause high blood sugar. I believe you know all these things, but it's a matter of implementing them - which I know is hard when you're dealing with so many issues. That is why I recommend setting an alarm for every few hours as a reminder to drink water and eat something nutritious. The world needs you to stick around. You still have so many more things to do in this life. Stay strong 💪🏾💪🏾

only commenting about this because you specifically asked and hopefully your experience will be good: I live with my sister now and it is a nightmare.. there are pros, definitely, but its not like when we were kids.. we are two adults with our own way of doing things.. I wish I had drawn up a contract and got her to sign it, stating that she could only stay for a certain amount of time and following certain rules. before that I had allowed my brother to stay with me and it got so bad I ended up in a refuge.. family can abuse you.. I don't think Violet would do that - she seems like a sensible woman who wants her own space and to be independent, I love you both and I think it is very good that you are helping - but def have some ground rules and a time limit, that is my advice. I think ideally, for me, living alone is best wherever possible, because living with others can ruin relationships and even cause homelessness and mental health issues.. but its not always like that - sometimes its brilliant but just have rules, have boundaries because family can take the p lol

When I’m confused I pray for God to help me and he does and he will for you too. He’s not a God of confusion. Sometimes the voices around us are so loud and it’s difficult for us to hear within those outside opinions, judgements and criticisms. People have really given u a hard time and for some reason they think they can bully you and control you. The only help u need is Jesus. He is your guide. You can’t trust strangers, especially when they / we don’t know you like he does. You can listen to people’s doubts and take them to God. I pray he will show u the way. I used to be a body builder and it is NOT good to work out while you have pneumonia. If you try to exercise at your normal intensity while you're sick, you risk injury or making yourself more ill. I would hold off on going to the gym until you feel better. Also drink plenty of fluids, get a lot of rest and stay away from smoke or people who smoke cigarettes. Feel better soon🙏
