Hey, thanks Kevin for the help on your videos. I got offered a help desk job for 20$ an hour. They said usually they don't make anyone a network admin without experience in the help desk no matter how bad they need help. I prepared relentlessly for technical questions and they just asked personality questions. "Any experience before?", "Tell me about yourself?" , "You work well in chaos?". One thing that they got really happy about was when I mentioned "I do my own VM labs at home and like to configure my home router". Thanks again.
I got my first IT job with Logicalis a large international MSP starting august 2nd so excited thanks for the videos they helped with the interview they liked that I had a homelab

@@KevtechITSupport I wonder why they change so much. No now I’ve moved on to your understanding contact and and shared mailbox’s. Had some trouble with sending an email from service desk to one of the users.
Hey kev.. I think I recall you mentioning paid training. Are you still thinking about doing that? I wouldn’t mind paying for 1 on 1 time. Love the info. Thanks

While I was following along I noted that distribution groups don't have a centralized place or spot for the inbox on outlook as a shared folder would. I noticed that when I sent myself a test email back. I think of DLs as a reference to address but shared mailboxes as an interactive medium members can send on behalf of when delegated.
