You are getting too close to the wheel it can easily catch your hand and pull hand/glove in and cause much damage, I have suffered from my mistakes, put a guard in front of the wheel that will only let the blade fit under it. Just trying to help, be safe. 👍

Good (and cheap) idea! Old brake rotors come in handy. Did you film the hickory milling...it sounds like you had a lot of fun with it 🤣

Paul i didn't just couldn't wait to be done.Didn't believe how soon I had to change blades to keep cutting w/ not much bfootage.

That's awesome, Paul. I need one for customer's blades. Mine never look like that, but I run a diesel drip. The cleaner you can keep your blade, the better your cut quality will be . Happy sawing buddy

Need to make the blade platform adjustable to add pressure on the blade

Good news/ bad news....... Good news is that I have lots of sharp blades Bad news is that they should last a long time because it's too cold/wet/snowy/I'm too old to run the mill. Thinking VERY seriously about getting a BMS250 sharpener and a Cooks Dual Tooth Setter. Maybe Santa will bring them for Christmas.

Got my BMS250 set up and working, sharpened a bunch of blades. cut much better than the last batch I got back . Wasn't as bad as i thought it would be.

FANTASTIC!! The big boss says I can buy a BMS250 also. Don't need another piece of equipment but I DO need sharp blades.
