I like it! I found that those dodgy plastic caps can be safety wired in the proper shape and then hot air plastic welded well enough to work. In this case, the tank upgrade is probably faster and easier, plus what's not to love about a larger fuel capacity? Nice work!

Those rubber seal just turns into junk and stop up fuel system 😢
