The wall referenced hinge is so hard , my left leg started shaking in my second set. this is also the leg with IT band outer knee pain.

Wow, you're amazing. The exercises immediately feel fantastic. I only have ITB on my right side. Should I therefore only do these exercises with that in mind? If on the right? Also having ITB on right side only which way would I be rotated? Just so I can follow all your other great advice correctly.

Hey Conor, I purchased a program of yours and got the anterior compression posture one. I have the typical Left AIC pattern, is there another program of yours that is more suitable for my condition or is the anterior compression one the best one. Thanks and as always love the videos, you guys are the best!

Omg Conor you have no idea how much your explanations help! This video explains my situation very well. I've been working PT for couple months to regain my hip internal rotation but I always get fatigued very soon and TFL and vastus lateralis kick in and start to hurt! One question if I'm doing this with my opposite Left AIC pattern as in right hip is anterior and externally biased do I just do it on my right side ? Thanks a lot for this video I'll update how the exercises helped me.

If you have Left AIC will this just be on your left side? I assume, but just curious. I honestly think dentist and eye doctors deserves a hard check. Watching Neal talk about vision and teeth.... I mean I know a lot about Hospitals, Physician practices etc... But the simple fact eye doctors and dentist are separate makes me think most will never get to the root cause. You guys have some amazing videos. I bet you guys aren't accepted through insurance companies, they are not looking for healers just subscribers in the worst sense. Anyway I could go on and on... Good stuff dude, keep it up.

Hey conor, I was doing the armbar and well during the roll I felt my 90 bent leg adductor or I'm not sure which muscle but inner groin, how can I fix this?

This is awesome! I made it to the physiotherapist program, but still suffering from heavy ptsd I was not ready. Still theese excercises, I experimented myself a lot and kind of made up very similar ones! Also the concept of breathing into telaxation. Superb! I dream I would work in your field one day. And my direction so to say, would be the obvious connection between bad posture and bad mental health. I am sure its possible to short fuse a lot of bad patterns in negative thoughts, by eliminating bad patterns in physical movement. I also dont believe in mental health per se, since I never met a person who has problems of that kind with a good posture, excercise, sleeping and nutrition routine. Ie its not mental.

Could righty hip flexors and psoas be causing the anterior tilt? If so, how do we fix that? Stretching? Myofascial release? Strengthening?

Works well for either leg, they showed just the left side not both, just switch to the other side, you can start with either side, just do the opposite to balance everything out.

So how do I differentiate between this with left aic right bc pattern?

This type of issues is common on the left side, but certainly not only a left side issue only. If right side goes forward too, it can happen there as well.
