ITS TIME!!! The disc brake swap begins on the 1989 yamaha zuma. these older zumas come drum brake and have terrible front suspension, so we needed a major upgrade. Swapping the newer prebug style stem/legs/wheel on and adding a few ncy parts were going to make this 32 year old scooter feel brand new again!

Huge upgrade for Zuma's/BWS The forks always go bad. New forks or older ones it doesnt matter. And that disc looks hella sexy. Not that you will be needing that front wheel stopping power a lot with all those wheelies lol.

A little tip! You can use some big tiewraps when you pop on the tire. I've done it myself just a few weeks ago! 5 or 6 big tiewraps should be enough and you dont need any tirelever. You have to strap them so your sidewalls touch eachother😁 Its hard for me to explain in english but there are a few vids on youtube! And if you have hard time with inflating the tire just put a strap arround the tire and squeeze it and then put some air in it. Hopefully you understand the @$%^ what im talking about and it helps you🙈 greets daniel from the Netherlands(holland)
