Not at all close to singapore , singapore is designed with values , Hyderabad is designed to extract value of people . I lived in SG for2 years , look at the damn good MRT , which literally integrated into malls , residential . Hyd is bettee than other cities in india but not that of global standards .

For ex : in SG if u build a high rise , the building should contain the 100% of greenery that is possible on that piece of land . N building owners respected that n some of the buildings in SG filled with 200% of greenery for that respective land . It is said that SG is the mist expensive country but everyone has free access to any public place , there are may more .
