It’s about your ability to handle every question gracefully and ultimately to provide a complete and accurate answer. I've often speculated in my experience as a customer service professional. However, even after knowing how the guesswork of an agent feels, I somehow never broke the habit of speculating with the clients I provided customer service to. I think it's partially due to my delivery of the guesswork. I'm often sweet, soft spoken, and knowledgable in other areas. Maybe that is why clients are able to look past my speculative demeanor. At least i think they look past it. Based on their responses and reactions, it seems that my notions doesn't cause concern. Great information. Now I know speculating is never good, whether done gracefully or not.
