I have 4 PEN Manos Clothes that have hit 35 agris pity since the change. Prior to that I never had one hit 30 (successfully made 3 PEN Manos prior). Probability without replacement can be brutal.. especially since I think they made upgrades harder since Agris was introduced. Every click is an independent event. Failing doesn't increase the next chance.
To put this in perspective... my luck has been so bad, post AGRIS, that I have had 140 clicks (4 x 35 pity) on TET Manos Clothes that have not yielded a PEN naturally (got it on Pity). That is 0.7% so far (1/141 if my next click is successful from TET to PEN). Prior, I got 3 PENs in 20, 18, and 12 clicks. That is 3/50. Or 6.0%. Pretty close to statistically STUPID.
Binomial probability still exist. It definitely seems like things are failing more but perhaps that's due to our expectations changing with the agris system. There's an upper cap now rather than it being completely open, which could skew perspective
@TheNashEquil that's some rather horrendous luck but not exactly unheard of. At least with the agris system you're getting items now rather than having 1 in 141 attempts

@@SickLoot do you see it ever recovering? I recently invested a lot of time during this years heidel ball and quit 5 days ago. the state of the game confuses me but I’m not a vet
@matt9729 pve in the game has been the exact same for the last 10 years. I don't see it changing, the pvp side has potential to change but they are currently moving in the wrong direction. At the end of the day if you're enjoying your time then it's not wasted, and if you aren't maybe it's time to find something else
@@matt9729 I still love the game. It is just a time sync. I have made so many PENs in my 20k hours of BDO. I just have to grind longer to do it myself. I think the game is starting to lean to expecting people to buy costumes and dumping $1000's into crons. It is way better to just buy other people's successes. I can make money much easier, and buy the gear from market, than it takes to consistently make the gear myself.

The challenge makes it far less useful for me than on a main account. Even on a main account it's realistically 300 mill tops. Not that big of a deal at the end of the day. For me it would equal around 70 mill given my restrictions
