birth control. probably got into his mums medical cabinet when he was a kid. went to school with a guy (now trans girl) who took his sisters birth control to “transition” without going doctors. by college he had no facial hair, voice never changed and grew some breasts. saw her after uni and she’s a full blown woman now, you wouldn’t be able to tell. probably transitioned so smooth because she blocked puberty so early.
