What traits do you think are best for bloodmoon staff? Probably life steal I’d assume, but what are others. Do you think health is a good one?

TBanj, maybe you have such video already, if thats so, I apologize. Can you explain Arcane staff crowd control skills duration (debuff) - can it be amplified somehow? I tried wear plate armor, but such effects as The Void and Frazzle not lasts on monsters any longer, while plate armor supposed to increase the duration on 50%. Is there any arcane build which can get benefit from "Crowd Control duration" parameter increase?
