why’s everyone like “yo this could be about the weeknd don’t jump to conclusions” first of all justin was with hailey 2 months after him and selena ended things and in lose you to love me she says about him replacing her after 2 months. Secondly she broke up with the weeknd for Justin so she’s the one that broke the weeknds heart not the other way around (literally just listen to his song “call out my name”). Debilitating diseases especially those that cause people to lose function, are isolating, cause constant pain, and have no cure are very tough to handle. An inspirational song from a person that you look up to that is or has gone through a similar situation and disease helps give the fan hope and strength. There is nothing weird about that. If I was a singer having the Diabetes, Peripheral Neuropathy (massive pain, no cure, damage to nerves that gets worse), Heart Disease with a stent in the left aorta (no cure, I've already died from once in March), Rheumatoid Arthritis (degeneration of the joints, massive pain, no cure, worsens as time goes by), Seizures from a Traumatic Brain injury (no cure loss of function and have gotten worse over time) I would write a song of hope and strength for my fans. People go through a lot in life that other people will never experience and they need encouragement or someone to say I made it through this and this is how I did it at least mentally. I'm not trying to be preachy to you but if something helps a person with a chronic or terminal illnesses it's a good thing.
