The past few weeks have been very intense for me, a lot of decision making and big life changes occurring... I've been tuning in into myself and reframing absolutely EVERYTHING, everything that is shaping my current life.
I've had a hard time admitting how much I live by my ego. But today, I'm finally ready. To listen to my soul.

Yes, yes it hurts alot! The pain makes it difficult to appreciate anything else. Right now I'm in the middle of that pain, the gut wrenching pain of being abandoned by every single person you have ever trusted. I am beginning to see that you are only allowed to love people but never depend on them.

Such a raw and honest video!! It takes tremendous energy to reject the societal programming and to become conscious of it in the first place. As children, we need the people around us to approve us or we feel unsafe, since we might be left without food or shelter. Undoing that programming and choosing our critics consciously is a lifelong task! Beautiful video!

I suggest 1) becoming really aware of what society expects from us and realizing that those expectations are arbitrary and have been very different in different societies throughout human history 2) looking very courageously and honestly at yourself and find work that brings out your authentic best, whatever that is

I too struggle with wanting to be liked be everyone. Feeling like I am not enough and I need to do MORE. I need to be one way with this person and another way with that person, or they will not like me. It's gotten so bad that I don't really know who I am anymore. I so much feel, and hear you. It's hard to stay yourself when you are an empath. Because we so much want to make people feel good, and we want them to accept us, we are like chameleons. But is that really a bad thing? Today I tend to see it as a talent, an ability to play different roles to fill different missions. You know who YOU are deep inside, when no one is watching. And the ones who get to see that, the real you, are the lucky ones. Your precious people only get to see that. And I think this is beautiful. You are not alone my friend, I'm like you, and I am here for you ♡ Stay true to your heart, because you have such a shining one.

I just listened to this video the last couple days. I'm much older and I find peace this way. The ego is of the mind but not soul. The ego thrives in the lower chakras and soul is forgotten. The two are separate. We have those moments where soul is at the front of the line and we then feel joy on those days. One of my tricks is to practice being my own best friend, especially with the higher self. I have a French Daughter and I've linked your RU-vid channel to her. She's on an adventure in one of the Portuguese Islands. Hiking and Photography. She's just a couple years older then you. I spoke with her today.

Beautifully honest! I love what you said about judgments by others and of our own life. I came across a saying before an internationl journey to very different cultural foreign lands I took years ago. It was " Traveling is for understanding, not judging". You are doing so well. You have figured out many things that can take a life time to come to. And many never do. I worked out the same things. Some years ago. And now know what is important to me. You can apply these learnings to the rest of your life. One thing I found is that many people chase the dream of happiness but that is an emotion a disturbance to piece. I have found acceptance to bring contentment is a far better goal as its a state of mind that can stay as long as the ego does not shout to loud of for to long. Thanks for sharing your inner thoughts, I think your feelings of want to do and live like this is right (probably due to inbalance in previous part of life) but also important when you get more balanced also see, as you do now, that one might also go too far on the other extreme. I think you need to share all this with a man, family and "tribe". We are all dependent on human interactions and help from others to keep the "ego" in check and also get more true meaning and happiness with and through others. You are a wonderful human being, so much to offer others!

The greatest freedom is here. Recognizing the inner bondage we create in our own minds and hearts, worry, stress, trying to please others. Reacting to other's hate, prejudice, judgments, even violence. Reacting means we're somehow prisoners of those peoples opinions of us... True freedom lays within. Sometimes it takes a lifetime to overcome those prisons that lay within our minds and hearts. You're good enough. More than. I find it interesting some of the longest prisoners of war survived and they did this by finding freedom within. We can't always control what happens to whats around us like war etc but we can control our inner experience. Bravo!

I would dare say it takes time to notice the difference between what your ego wants and what will nourish your soul, but we all learn at different rates and with age it becomes ever clearer. It would be easy to say that your super ego is what makes good video production, but it is balanced with wise words. In life, there is always some balance. It is a journey, enjoy the road and do not rush to find the end.

Such deep philosophical questions. What prompts you to ask yourself these questions at this stage of your life? When so many others walk around in perpetual darkness? Awakening, your soul has awakened to the fact that you are not the universe. You are part of it and you are trying to understand how you fit in. That's why it's so important to surround ourselves in nature and to never think we are outside of it. Our ego, needs validation, it needs to see it's self as important. But, this is one step on our journey of maturity, enlightenment and growth. We must move beyond the phase of ego fulfillment only and awaken our souls to that which is greater than ourselves. Such a profoundly beautiful video.

It's important to have goals and projects ,Failure is stepping stones to Success,we learn or better still from others mistakes.You are unique being and owe no one a explanation to how you live your life.TV has a lot to answer happy smiley people .I think when we die,most of us will be more or less forgotten with in the week.So Live your life on your Terms and avoid negative people .

Just beautiful! A soul awakening to the miracle of life. I really resenate with your Creativity's. Finding delicious wild foods and just Being is so inviting. I too live alone off grid and enjoy all these things. Thank you for sharing! I would love a chance to share our thoughts, without judgement. Without the internet. Just the tree's, rocks and water as witnesses. Being really alone in the forest creates spaces for new perspectives and ideas. Knowing someone else who has experienced Aloness is magical. These possibilities are in all of us. Only I can choose who or how I will be. You seem to have come to this realization earlier in life than I. Be happy with the person that you choose to become. Ego needs indeed but that is the bad wolf and a major temptation. The never-ending tug of war between higher and lower energies. If you can find love your blessed as I surely don't like being used. That Swiss Nun from Bhakti Marga in Germany told me she never been in a monogamous relationship even when married. It got weird but had a nice time at the Ashram and would be a great place for a retreat. Becoming one with unconditional love in my heart and soul. What I seek is seeking me. Up to us to remove the barriers to love we set up says one poet and another said love would not possess nor be possessed. Real happiness is in serving others for the upliftment of all life. There is a higher state of being that is truly Golden and where I want to be and reach those higher heavenly states within.

Holy smokes was that good! I am going through this right now! I just don't want a life wishing for every new man made thing. Seeking popularity is just as bad. I look around and see Trees mountains oceans sunshine amazing views feel the wind or seeing lakes or oceans. Then there are the seasons and weather. Gratitude!! I don't want to let this beautiful world pass me by while I save my money for the next amazing man made items that I'm supposed to like while letting nature pass me by.
