i use a regular wooden stool lol. it was originally placed in front of the toilet so my kids could sit comfortably... but one day i put my feet up to read and it actually helps lol

I'm with you Link. I'm 24 and still have the same problem. It's a bad problem to have, and consistently guarantees you to experience pain. Glad to know another adult with the same issue. Mine is opioid induced from the medication I have to take, but I also had problems ever since I was a kid. It was better until the medicine, but thanks to you I'll start eating prunes and other foods to help avoid cannonballs!
