Instead of focusing on our expectations, we can take the time to enjoy all of the things around us that we have made true in our own life. There is a lot of evidence that it is done. :)

Sorry, can I ask a question? Do you have children? I have no children, no husband, and I am alone, also an introvert, prone to depressive moods due to loneliness. You are so positive. I think you can be like that if you have a loving family, it’s hard for a lonely person to remain optimistic
@@savasi24 While children/family are a great blessing, it’s not about depending on them to do our emotional heavy lifting. If my mood shifts to loneliness, sure, I can look outside for ways to be entertained and distracted for a while. But the way to ensure ongoing peace, happiness, love is always to turn within. Drop the story you are believing in. Remember you are God, the I Am, and that all of life is the divine play. Shift to knowing you have all the loving support and the world will shift to give it to you. ❤️
If I want look half of my real age, would it also change the date of birth in my certificates ? Because I want be in a particular job whch require to be physically
@@bennithomas8414 On another frequency that younger, maybe physically able version is out there. But remember, age is just a number, whatever your birth certificate says. Keep it simple and imagine your desired outcome-easily doing the physical work, getting paid, being told “Great job!” by your boss.
