@@audriiiiroberts3030 Hey! Temp I cook them is 370 degrees for 10 minutes, flip and cook another 4-8 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes tented with foil. Small chicken breast I cook for 14 min, med size 16 min, large 18 min. If ever undercooked I just put them back for 2-3 min. Generally these times work perfect for me . Don’t forget to let it rest! Makes all the difference :) enjoy
Not for a dip, this is a dip, how is no one getting this? It's not a chicken meal to eat by itself, it's a cheese dip with chicken in it. Do you look at Ragu sauce and go "wow that tomato to beef ratio is way off!" No because it's a sauce that goes on another food. Common sense, use it.

Y'all it's a DIP, you're not eating a bowl of this straight, you have a few bites of it added to something else. Do y'all just eat salsa or queso dip or ranch dressing by the spoonful? Dips are supposed to be unhealthy and cheesy and creamy and flavorful because you're supposed to eat a LITTLE BIT OF IT. Quit talking about "this would be so unhealthy, omg I have heart attack seeing this, wow I would be so constipated" this isn't a meal, it's a CONDIMENT.
