I would've pulled that blue tape off while the caulk was still wet. It will come off a lot easier and wont potentially rip or screw anything up when you remove it like it would when its dry.

As long as you have that truck, don’t ever get rid of that blue bed topper. Looks great as an everyday shell when you’re not using the Bigfoot.

Oregon coast is beautiful and weather is pretty nice during summer. Washington coast is unpredictable even in the summer. The coast can be freezing, foggy, windy etc. You drive a few miles inland and it's sunny and hot.

A nice break to enjoy some outdoor recreation. That chow mein dish looked so tasty! You tricked me with the video title. I thought you were talking about more issues with the camper rebuild that you were able to overcome 🤔

Living in the NW is brutal when it comes to not having any sun. I live on Whidbey Island in WA and can't wait to leave.

I grew up in Myrtle Creek, OR. Right off I-5. I thought weeks of gray was normal until I moved out of state to Idaho. It was bitterly cold there but at least the sun was out most days. What a difference it makes. Good work man!

Each state has its good and bad and Oregon is no different but it's very beautiful. Minnesota weather is the same way and possibly more extreme. The last few days have been high 80's and low 90°F. Two days later it's 32°F high winds and it's snowing 🌨️ getting 3 to 6 inches of snow tonight and it's feeling really 🥶 cold because of high moisture and cold winds, but this is typical Minnesota and more snow expected this next Friday. I'm hoping for a few months of beautiful summer 🌞 ahead. So enjoy your nice camping trips and I'm sure good weather is just around the corner. Your doing a great job on your camper, think about how great it's going to be with an extremely well built and weatherized camper, better than a new one😎👏👍

I'm an old guy living in Colorado. I have owned a 1992 Northern Lite Camper (like yours) for over 20 years. I have really enjoyed the unit. Other than replacing two roof hatches, it hasn't taken a lot of work to maintain. I suppose this is what drew me to your channel. Keep up the good work and enjoy your camper.

My wife & I just got back from a week of adventure at Acadia National Park in coastal Maine. Totally amazing place where we biked and hiked and had a great time. Topped it off by attending a Cambodian New Year celebration in southern Maine. Thank you for continuing to inspire with adventure and delicious food. Love the baby bok choi!

So feel your pain on the weather & you're so right about skipping work on nice days. 😂 I think it's super-cool watching someone in my same state, that does the things that I like watching on RU-vid. 😊 & Living in Oregon does suck! Lol. I'm originally from Nevada. I don't think I'll ever get used to the rain up here. That being said, I enjoy watching your outdoor adventures because I do not like the rain. Install that trim, soaking in hot water first. Use a spray bottle with alcohol, just a little helps it to slip in, then evaporates. Use gloves to keep fingers/skin from drying out. Or, light soap solution like mounting a bicycle tire. Also, use a strong enough spring clamp a bit ahead of your fingers to pre bend the section.

Yeah, that vinyl goes in a lot easier when it's warm. I did a whole Toyota motorhome and it went in real easy.

Beautiful forest. I spoke to my family about your wet glass. The suggestion was to hit it with a heat gun but not close enough to cook it. Just warm it up a bit for a few minutes, see if that kick starts it. Hot sun may do it as well. I'm sure you're going to cover that patch after it sets up but here's a FYI, resin will break down over time if left exposed to the sun. Good luck.

I've never seen anyone mask off before applying a bead of chalking/sealant before. I hope that when you remove the tape it doesn't create a groove that captures water. All that hard work you're putting in will pay off as you won't ever be wondering if it's built to withstand what you'll put it through. Most RV owners, myself included, don't have that peace of mind. We just caulk 'em up every season, fix whatever needs fixing and always must keep a wary eye out for signs of defects.
