Gday, i wish i could try homegrown chicken and meat compared to store bought but in western australia we all are crammed on the coast as most of wa is desert. We do have farms tho, nothing what the states have.

My dad always raised dark Cornish for meat . They do take about 12-16 weeks . They’re a heritage breed and the hens make excellent mothers. I’d love to see you do a comparison with the breese.

Amazing how the corners cross genetically modified for meat production surpasses the American Bresse . I still prefer the American breast because in the end, it’s the taste that makes the difference.
