take a test drive on "intense" it was a delicious: very quiet ride(from outside noise), nice sound from engine with x-tronic(really loved it),good connection to the road on corners. just one thing: i'm test intense and ordered rs line with "R17" hope it's still be quiet like "R16" wheels.🙂
It’s the honesty for me. I do feel they’re also letting themselves down by only offering manual. I tested this unit as well and I thought I’ll rather stick with my Rio Lx. But on the other hand, in this segment I haven’t driven anything as good as the new Polo Dsg 85kw this year. Great review Sosa!
I believe they will do better with an Automatic or 6 Speed Manual. I've heard good things only about the Polo, keen to test one out. Thank you for watching 😅🙏🏾
Having also driven this Clio, I honestly feel like that extra cog for the 6th gear would have made a lot of difference. Nonetheless, the design and visual enhancements are timeless. Hopefully the auto box will do justice because this Clio has an amazing all round package. Great review bro, loved it!
Car really looks amazing outside and inside, however it's disappointing to hear about the gearbox and the fact that sport mode is the only preferred mode to drive it in. Sebuwa mentioned the same thing in his review of the Clio V. The car is a tempting buy...perhaps Renault should consider giving more options to spec such as a sunroof. This will enhance the whole look and feel of the car.
Great review. However, as a frequent traveler around the country using rental cars, I always choose this car from Polo or Swift due to its fuel efficiency from its manual gearbox.
Like I said in the review, the fuel efficiency could be just subjected to me. So it's great to hear that you manage better fuel consumption than myself 😅
You know I get why most people would choose a polo…but for the sake of peace of mind I don’t think I would 😢driving a polo would give me so much anxiety,Ai ngeke ngyasaba Ngehlise bhoza yam😂
The onoy problem with the Polo is the false advertising😢 pricing is always "from", theres never a clear pricing...and the damn thing is bloody expensive, yerrrrr!!!
What a great review you are on point. I did a test drive a few months back, and I was not happy with the gearbox and how it feels when you shift gears. It is a good car, however, I would not buy it.
