Can Kevin help you organize anything and get ready? Maybe sell it in blocks of sets, boxes by theme, built by theme. I think it would be a wonderful way to build your relationship with a friend. You have known name on RU-vid which will help with selling theme.

Just for what it’s worth - I bought a collection from a friend valued at $20k, purchased in lump sum, then sold individually. NOT worth my time. It will take you more time than you are planning, and much more energy/stress. Of course your choice and all depends on the price. But I made approx 25% profit and wanted to help a friend, and was NOT worth it for me

Modulars, vehicles, bulk and your missing sets are what I would get. DO THE MOVE (IMO)!

Jordan, Kevin scratched your back as you were getting the warehouse set up and your collection moved to the studio soon a way you helping him downsize his collection is you scratching his back. So it evens out.

So Bricksie, anything in it, for you yourself? Just think what you can do, if you can add that Daily Buggle, to your own double one? Also, are there any MOC's or so, that you could then use some sets for? One thing is sure, it would give you quite a bit of extra parts as well.

Why not save yourself the headache and offer a set list on your channels and just help him sell using your reach. All inquiries could go directly to Kevin. He would have to do most of the “work” and I bet a lot of your subscribers would be interested. Just a thought to help you stay focused on the city. Of course I’m a bit biased wanting to see as much progress on the city and studio! Also interested in some of the preview of his sets! Big endeavor if you ask me.

Use some of Kevin's collection to make a second city area on the other side of the mountain next to amusement park, and that will allow for future Lego releases to be placed

Im highly interested in several of those sets and hope that you can auction those off on what not or something else, it may take time to get rid of but your followers such as myself would be thrilled at trying to get some of those sets as I missed out on them when their were originally released

When you do the cables around the dock/train area, will the cable fencing go to the edge of the table or would it come in about 6 studs and give it some space from the edge?

Have you thought of doing a schedule for your layout so Monday is city Tuesday is winter village Wednesday is Lego shop and so on then you can focus on one project at a time
