Ty Mira and I am feeling much better about myself. I have cancelled all past contracts and I also thanked them for the lessons. Now I am ready for all new things. I am free of all that once held me down. I feel so much more lighter. I have asked the universe for the opportunity to purchase the 850?acre land in southern Ohio. My intent is very good and I have lots of plans. I have been packed for almost two years next month. I pray that this frequency ripples out to the universe and this can manifest not only for me but for all the village , that I will be helping. Ty and you have a beautiful week!!!!

This is all true and happening. Pay attention to random body aches. My knee was aching before taking my 12 year old son and his friends to the beach. I wasn’t sure why. They got caught in a rip tide twice and had to be rescued by lifeguards twice! My body was trying to warn me ahead of time. When we got home my older sons told me there was a rip tide warning in San Diego county that day. I didn’t know, but my body did. My knee pain went away that night.

It starts by practicing mindfulness. Watch and be aware of your ego before you react or take instinctive actions, so you can understand it, be more and more conscious of your decisions and dont give in. You likely fail while learning, but if you are honest and compassionate to yourself progress will come. Meditation can help. Also knowing that physical reality is an illusion makes you think twice to see the point of wasting energy and attention on quibbles and squabbles.
