As I watched Anne, Sophie, and Catherine... they all had many things in common while on public duties: Don't force themselves on others, Don't cut in front of others, Don't over react or act, Listen tentatively, and Be Humble. That's why Meg thought it was "exhausting" to be Royal in public and thought it was an Act !! They Royals don't Act, they are built differently and know how to conserve their energy and appreciate their privileges and give back to the communities (something that narcissists like Harry and Meg can never understand!)

As an animal care professional, the thing I've noticed is how the dogs they meet seem drawn to them with very relaxed body language and soft faces. The clips I've seen of M meeting dogs, the animals don't approach her or make any eye contact with her. In a couple of clips, the dog seems to even lean away from her. Dogs know genuine animal lovers and those who are faking it for the camera.

One of the major differences between the Royals and H's wife is the Royals enjoy meeting the citizens of the UK, whereas H's wife considers meeting the citizens an unpleasant chore which she has to do to get money. People recognize the difference.

When women reach a certain age, it becomes very difficult to find clothes that don't make you look dowdy and matronly. I think Camilla does an excellent job of avoiding the dreaded matronly look and she looks fresh, modern, age and occasion appropriate, and feminine. And her hats are just fabulous. If I were in the RF, I would be competing with her for who could wear the biggest hat !!!

I think the Prince of Wales' statement was appropriate for the situation! He rightly pointed out the terrorist attack by Hamas but was quick to advocate for aid for victims and release of hostages! I think his statement stands on its merits! I'll stand w Team Prince William on this one!

I think he needs to keep himself out of foreign politics and taking sides. There’s a reason why there’s so many controversy after his statement. It’s because he went into the territory of making judgments and statements which reveal which side his politics side with. Hence why he should’ve not said anything regarding his personal views on the issues. Stick to advocating for aide to those in need and stop right there. There is nothing his said that the UK government and politicians haven’t already said regarding foreign policey concerns, which is their job to do as elected members. Royals aren’t elected members and it’s not their job tittle to wade into foreign political issues. Plenty of heinous issues world wide and his going to find himself condemned for ignoring them and being selective with his concerns and outrage. That’s why he should be like the late Queen and keep his political views to himself.

Thank you River because if all the decent people gave up, evil triumphs. I think William was okay to speak out. Charles did the same about Ukraine. Sometimes they perhaps need to do these things for their well being. And it was run past any number of people to make sure it was okay. Let’s face it, William doesn’t come across as pig headed like his younger sibling. I think he is more open minded and ready to listen and learn. Remember that saying - the only thing necessary for evil to triumph is that good men/people/women and gender neutral stand back and do nothing. The other one of course is the St Ignatius prayer. Both equally important. Please keep doing what you are doing - it matters and actually how lovely to have nothing of H&M but to follow the journey of the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester who make no demands but quietly go about supporting the monarchy and UK.💕

American form of government came directly from the English when the New World was founded. The US Constitution is a direct copy, cut and paste of the English constitution, The Magna Carta signed in 1532 by King John. American laws mirror those of the English. The founding fathers and most of Americas Presidents are of British ancestry. The American Revolution was fought by the British, Dutch and French, there was no USA then. George Washington himself was a relative of Prince William’s mothers’ family who kept a home close to the Palace and the Spencers. The English introduced basketball, baseball and football to the USA. It’s so funny how so many forget that America was founded by the British.

Yes, it is great that she brings attention to dyslexia. I suffer from this myself. Yet, she made something of herself. Harry is dyslexic but never really worked at overcoming the difficulties associated with the learning disability. Harry was basically coddled and helped throughout his School years. He really never got educated.

Queen Camilla has only been the wicked stepmother since Megain has been on the scene. Before that I distinctly remember watching a TV documentary (something to do with the then POW) where both William and Harry were interviewed and Harry stated that she was more of a good friend giving advice when asked and was MOST DEFINITELY NOT THE WICKED STEPMOTHER. Obviously since then as far as Harry is concerned Recollections have varied.

Her clothes are always appropriate for the occasion, with perfectly chosen accessories & jewelry from the Royal Collection. Thank you River for bringing up Addison’s Disease. It made me so happy when I heard you say my name! It made me cry happy tears. I was so happy that Her Majesty, Queen Camilla had met people with dogs with the ability to smell so many diseases and one that can smell when an adrenal patient is going to have an Addisonian crisis. This disease is so debilitating and having a rescue dog would be a dream for me. People in the UK are so lucky to have charity’s that are brought forth by The Royal Family. Here in the USA it would cost me thousands of dollars to get a dog trained to detect my cortisol levels. I am so grateful that you brought awareness of this disease to our fruity friends. @@jillbraun9395 thank you I am so glad that River brought awareness to this debilitating disease. I pray that the FDA will make a device to check cortisol levels just like a diabetic checks their blood sugar. That is what me and my Addison’s Disease family which we are called ‘Addy’s’ have been trying to get made for us. The steroids are hard on your body. They make your bones very weak. I have severe osteoporosis like an 80 year old woman am I’m only 47. I have to take my steroids depending on how I’m feeling or signs that it is going down. If you take too much it can send you into Cushing’s disease. It’s very complicated and rare. I kept being told I was crazy and I needed to see a psychiatrist before my diagnosis. I finally was on the verge of death before they drew a cortisol level and it was almost nonexistent at 0.03. I don’t trust a lot of doctors as a result of that. I try to live the best I can but have a lot of orthopedic problems because of the steroids. I don’t get out much unless it’s to a doctor’s appointment. Somedays I don’t even have the strength to clean my house. Thank you for the prayers. I would love to have a service dog 🐕‍🦺

There are too many conditions that cause 24/7 pain, monitoring, mobility restrictions, disability and social conundrums (cancelling plans, hiding from others who cannot understand, etc). Often, doctors fail to address and comprehend the extent and true impact of our conditions/ diseases. Charles's statement about the Ukraine was far more "political" than William's words about Gaza. Charles definitely took sides, and William focused on the humanitarian situation. I don't understand why he was criticized so harshly. You always have an interesting and enjoyable show.

Good grief, River, highlighting Ukraine? Have you done any research into how and why this war came about? NATO were warned by Putin that expansion of NATO close to Russias borders would mean war. They arrogantly ignored his warnings, things are, as they are, because of them. Putin is a hard man, left alone, for the most part all is quiet, push him and he will push back. NATO should be forced to negotiate and apologise, to all concerned.

The late President Kennedy suffered from Addison's Disease and was close to death several times during his short life. His father discovered that steroids help and as a result he stockpiled great quantities of it for his son. This was in the early days of treatment. Apparently Kennedy's perpetual tan was a result of his Addisons. Great video as always and wishing sufferers of Addisons and any other illness GOOD health!

My late, great friend Lilita had rescued 2 dogs whom she loved. Buddy, at some point in her life, kept nudging one of her breasts. Sure enough, she found a small lump and was given a diagnosis of cancer by her doctor. That ability to alert to the scent of cancer gave her, I'm convinced, an additional 15 years or so in a life that was still cut short. Her story is documented in a Canadian TV series, "Animal Miracles". I'm very pleased that the Queen patronage of this MDD charity, & thank you for the lovely pics of that event &, of course, the other beautiful pics you provide.

Prince Williams's speech was statesman-like and well-balanced. His speech was also approved by 10 Downing Street, so I don't understand the fuss. As a Jewish woman and someone who is very pro-Israel, I was not offended by any of it. Neither were the people of Israel. However, I think every person of a certain status chiming in on how Israel should defend herself is an exercise in futility. All these elections to call for a ceasefire are useless and arrogant. Israel has the right to defend itself and deal with the horror of that terrorist attack how they see fit. How would the UK or America feel if it was our country that was attacked and hostages taken?

Well, the USA was attacked in September 2001. They subsequently launched attacks on Afghanistan and Iraq, despite Osama bin Laden and members of the terrorist attacks being Saudis. The attack on Iraq was justified by the falsehood that Iraq had WMD's, which was proved to be untrue when no weapons were found. Afghani and Iraqi civilians suffered terribly in the War on Terror despite being uninvolved in the terrorist attacks. The USA response was disproportionate, as is Israels, and Bibi has now revealed his intention to occupy Gaza indefinitely. How long before he sends in the bulldozers and the settlers, which was always his endgame.

I completely agree. Our government is such a mess, I tend to say frequently “I’m ready to beg the king to take us back”. I absolutely adored Queen Elizabeth and the royal family. Our last few presidents have been an embarrassment and I don’t see an end in sight for our government without something severe happening to right itself. We are an utter mess and severely weakened in my opinion.

I feel what Prince William said about the Middle East came from his heart & as a humanitarian. He was speaking of Peace something most of us want. Yes, I agree. To use "we" will mean he is speaking for the UK. To use the passive voice would greatly diminish the power of his statement (not to mention create an unnecessary word salad)

I agree, however the last paragraph had to many ‘I’s and felt a bit off/ inelegant to me. Perhaps it had been worded differently and amended? The intention and the wording of the entire letter were of a humanitarian not political nature and neither for or against any side. He travelled to Israel & Palestine (West Bank?) in 2018, so he is not pulling words out of a hat, but from feeling for the region and their peoples.

I felt Prince William seemed very humanitarian and didn't take sides, unless wanting humans beings to be treated like humans is taking a side. War is horrific and in this day and age you would think humans could grow up and deal with life, power hungry evil folk start wars, their way of throwing a toddler temper tantrum. JFK suffered greatly from Addison disease. JFK was a very sickly man and in pain 24/7 because of a back condition that was a symptom of the disease.

He did suffer greatly, but he was JFK with his pain so he had Pain management doctor on hand every day if I had that I’d be able to do lots of things. I’ve been in chronic pain and had six back surgeries. I’m recovering from my sixth one right now, I can’t do anything.
