Okwamanje, simmer down and enjoy the festivities. We will engage as the royal family tears itself to pieces while perpetuating the division amongst the zulu society. Be mindful of the political sphere as well when delving into this.
And don't get me wrong, I am not against nor do I dislike any of the individuals here, particularly the rightful heir. I am borne of the culture and Zulu to the core. A learned one for that matter. Point being, history is about to show us a a few individuals who've always had sinister intentions for royalty but all along they pretended to adhere while Inkosi uZwelithini was head.
I respond to the legal expert Mpumelelo Zikalala as follows cos the journalists are unable to challenge his views: This legal expert is wrong, his analysis is misleading. There is no basis in law to protect the interest of an invalid marriage to the detriment of the valid one. There was no legal duty on the first wife to speak out against the subsequent invalid marriages. There is also no law that says by keeping quiet she waived her matrimonial rights. In fact she would have been victimized had she spoken out. So the analysis by Mpumelelo Zikalala is not founded in law but amounts to a propaganda that favors Misuzulu.
There's no propaganda here we paid ilobolo for his mother that's decision alone made him king not the nonsense you've been spreading. That is our law .
@@nhloniphoingqwele5433 You are not saying anything but waffling. If the principle that was applied to appoint the late King Zwelithini is applied again, the position shall be contested by Simakade and son of Lethukuthula, Misuzulu will be out of the picture. Simakade and others want the same rule that was applied to the appointment of his father to be applied again. The primogeniture rule was applied in the appointment of his father but when it came to him the rules were changed. This thing of saying the lobola was paid by the nation is nonsense. King Zwelithini grew up in a squarter camp, in the shacks at Umkhumbane, there was no lobola paid by the nation. To hell with your propaganda.
What should be noted is the view that Misuzulu benefited from the ANC's internal battles, otherwise Ramaphosa would not have approved his appointment without first clearing the existing disputes. The fact that disputes exist is a symptom of a flawed procedure. The decision to appoint Misuzulu was an administrative action. These professors dubbed cultural experts are spreading propaganda. They create the impression that the royal blood principle that favors Misuzulu is settled customary law. That is not true because there is also a primogeniture rule that is frequently used in traditional leadership succession, the late King Zwelithini himself benefited from this principle. The media must only invite independent and objective experts preferably outside the KZN province. A properly constituted royal family meeting to nominate the successor did not occur. Misuzulu was nominated literally the same way as when cadres were deployed to the failed SOE's . Force and power were applied to nominate him rather than through a due process aligned with administrative law. But holistically the whole saga smells unconstitutionality as the process adopted excluded females.
EY Wena Musa ukusibangela iscefe . If you're not Zulu this shouldn't be bothering you to begin with . The king was born , the decision to make him king was taken when the entire Zulu nation pay ilobolo to his mother , that made him king . Not the nonsense you're explaining
@@nhloniphoingqwele5433 Actually I am a Zulu and I am opposed to corruption. I am not against Misuzulu as a person but the irregularity in his appointment.
Who are you vele..it shows you don't know what are talking about and you don't understand what's happening....So shut up..the book that you wrote here go and write it somewhere or to your family.... Dont come here and with your crazy stories. You don't know anything about Zulu culture...go and research before you write anything...
@@thembikhambule5345 Actually I know the history of the Zulus better than you. If this royal blood and lobola paid by the nation argument parroted by UKZN cultural experts is taken to its logical conclusions it would mean the argument of uMtwana oMkhulu uMncwayizeni should be revisited and conclude that Zwelithini was wrongfully installed as a king. It must be remembered that Prince Mncwayizeni opposed the installation of Zwelithini as a king.
