I see I had the last comment 11 months ago. Wow! that is a beautiful exhaust system ! I have a Dale Walker Holeshot high mount exhaust. Made in sunny Ca., But I live in Dreary Erie, Pa. in the Great Lakes area. The down pipes I bought new, but the can and mid pipe were used ebay and were a little ruff. I used to do a lot of track days on my Bandit. Even did a race, a 20 min mini enduro. That has been awhile now, 2005. I wasn't last but the "fast guys", about three of them lapped me three times. (back to the pipes) They are showing there wear with our weather and roads. Money always plays a roll in what all I may do during the winter. So it could be a spiffing up or new. Now I do more road miles than track days. Its a lot cheaper riding my Bultaco Frontera in the woods or mountains than doing track days. So I might just do a strip to the frame and do over. Put the stock box back on (like we talked earlier ) , witch means re jetting. I have a bunch of jets, but will have to figure it out. Sure would like to start with that Abba stand ! That's what I refer to as motorcycle porn ! I keep lusting over the stand !hahaha !

Hey Daniel, I always like to refurbish where I can, the old exhaust I gave to my Dad Bill as the exhaust on his Bandit was in a terrible state but after a couple of hours cleaning it looks like new. I don’t think you will be disappointed with the ABBA Skylift, I was thinking about getting a normal style lift again recently but in the end I think the ABBA Skylift suits my needs better in my home garage

Bike made 80 lb/ft and 121 bhp with this exhaust and that is impressive to say the least. :)

Hi Fin, sorry on the slow reply, I started a new job in November last year and I've been flat out since. I think everyone was shocked on the day but it's not always about dyno numbers, it ride great on the road. Ian

Lucky you got all eight out! Did you prep them with some kind of penetrating fluid? And did you coat the new bolts with anti-seize to make it easier next time? Thanks for the video.

Hi John, my normal trick is to get them hot by running the bike up and them letting them cool a little, but this time I couldn't do that as the engine was in bits so I just give them a try and got really lucky.
