Love your energy. I am fighting a disease we share and I am probably how you were feeling in 2020-2021. The treatment sucks, life kind of sucks right now. Also married with small ones so I am trying to stay positive. Would love a video on the non-alcoholic wines you’re loving and mocktails you’re trying! Also would love to know how you prep for the beach while making sure you’re safely covered up. Any tips/tricks/advice is appreciated!

It’s so great to see you! I’m on and off Instagram as that’s my only social media avenue and I’ve been off for a while so haven’t seen you. I’m glad to hear everything is going well and yay for Dean on his new license!!!! I’ve actually made some changes to my life as well, pretty much because I’ve been “suffering” from some perimenopause symptoms for quite a few years and decided to take matters into my own hands. One thing is slowing down/stopping drinking. The reason I say slowing down is because of the peer pressure that’s probably in my own head. I don’t want to be THAT person on a date with my husband or with my friends that’s not drinking. Even though I’m pretty sure I’m the same person with or without a drink. I just worry that they will just think I’m not having fun or not fun to be with if I just get water. I should really just get over it and own it because now when I do drink if I’m out with someone, I sleep horribly and just don’t feel good. It’s not worth it! Cutting way way back has been life changing for me and I love it. I could go without a drink probably for the rest of my life. I really don’t miss it at all and I pretty much had at least one drink almost every night before January. Anyway, keep up the great work and I’ll work on taking ownership of my drinking and just won’t if I don’t want to.

I’d really like a video on sober living and also anxiety, depression, etc. I’ve been struggling with mental health issues lately and job burnout. I find I sleep almost all weekend and have to take naps during the week for several hours. Just in a slump lately!

You guys made it through the storm so to speak and you killed it with all the work you've done. Congrats to Dean on that huge accomplishment.

I'm a lover of all things fairy too, but my 2024 favorite read is "Before I Let Go" by Kennedy Ryan. Talk about strong female characters. I laughed, I cried, (actually I sobbed.) It's just such an amazing book. (Not to spoil, but trigger warning for pregnancy/baby loss.) There's actually a second book by the same author that follows a character in "Before I Let Go" called "This Could Be Us." Definitely recommend!
