Fun Biology Fact! Hymen do not neccesarily (Key word: neccesarily) break when doing the deed for the first time. Take it slow and carefully for the first time, just to minimize any injury and to get used to things. Ofcourse, the first time will probably not be your best time, but that's to expect for someone with no experience. Do note that sometimes pain and bleeding will still happen, but it's still best to take it slowly and especially calmly for the first time, just don't panic if that happens and communicate clearly to your partner what you feel and want. Source: My Biology textbook from the equivilent of high-school.

Sex reports suggest that half of all married people have sex less than once a month, and over 30% of the population under age 30 are virgins outright. Once every 9 days would correlate to a median of about 40 sexual encounters per year, per person. I don't think we can get there, given the frequency issues that so many people in the population have. There's also the big picture issue that we live in a rapidly aging society and older people are less active by nature (though still not necessarily at absolute zero). The people that are 65+ are roughtly equal in number to those that are 18 to 25, who should be the most sexually active. I dunno, it doesn't feel like you can get to a median of 40 times/year.

The hymen can restore itself; but, the hymen isn't an indicator of virginity. Many women break their own hymen, and sometimes sex doesn't break it at all.

For most women their hymen is entirely removed so there is nothing that the body can rebuild from. For women who have had penetrative vaginal sex or just stuck an object inside there far enough to break it then it isn't rebuilding itself. I hear some broke it from enough fiction from exercise but the amount needed is most likely that of a track & field girl or a cheer leader kind of thing not a human who is doing non-sports related stuff.

People lament the lack of experiences in a general sense, but when the chips are down, they don't care enough to actually DO anything about it because the cost of change is greater than the cost of inertia, so inertia prevails by default. This is not less true for someone with a large social media following than it is for everyone else. Also, lots of people, both men and women, are shy and it prevents them effective relationship formation. If the thing stopping you from pursuing a relationship is shyness, having a large social network doesn't mean anything at all. If you can't get out of your own way, nothing else matters. This is the primary showstopper for a lot of both men and women.
