I love this message because silence is golden rings true on this. We can choose to react or nah. We can choose to address or nah. Or we can choose to let them sort their demons out on their own. We all just mirroring things and sometimes it's a test and we still get favored because the intention is to help humanity reach higher frequencies. If they choose to see the gifts I present as competition then I know we both still in embracing our shadow sides. But when you confident about your intentions and position you will inevitably encounter curveball energy. It's beautiful to know that level of awareness in order to check where you at versus that frequency. It holds a familiar vibe that you can be like I been here and done this so my move is to expedite this issue before it materializes as one.

Exercising my “Pause” is challenging when interacting with my cousins at work. 🤦🏾‍♀️ 7:14 I have to tell myself why should I give them the power to affect my mood. They don’t have control over me, only I do. Then I have to laugh it off to get my self right and back at a higher frequency. This topic has been heavy on my heart ❤️ I don't know you or this channel but I feel like my angelic beings brought me to this video for a purpose. I am a daughter of a narcissist mother and at 34 years, with consistent mediation (to understand my dark aspects) I have realized I am doing the same thing to my mother as she has been doing to me my whole life. I am here trying to control her perceptions of me, but I am only hurting myself doing that. I can't do the healing for her, I can't make her do better, I can't make her change and I can't make her accept me. This thought and your thoughts put me at peace ❤ because just as I want her to let me be me, I as well have to accept her for who she is and let her figure herself out without me trying to control how she views me.
