DL Customs did that already. Not sure if they plan to reissue at all though. Another studio made ssj2 Gohan headsculpts for the great Saiyaman look from the world tournament. And most other sculpts deal with alternate bangs.
If there’s no tracking info it probably didn’t actually ship. Seen various people on Reddit saying it shipped like a month ago now and they have yet to show they got anything. Probably the store marking it shipped

The white hair with red eyes ssj Goku was a early concept from Akira Toriyama! First he wanted Goku to look like that but it was screwed because of to much work to colour it out everytime so they went with the blonde/gold look with green eyes! The Beast form of Gohan is the closest to the concept!
At this rate I honestly think Tonsen will be sending kid Buu at the same time as Trunks, they both seem to be at the same stage of production (assembling and packaging) and with how many delays kid Buus already had he might just say what’s another week or two😭 Also Burst if you run out of space for that EE Goku box and the new healing chamber you can leave em at my house I’ll take great care of em👀🫣🤣
