I don't really know anyone in my 'real life' dealing with PTSD/cPTSD/ED like me and I come here for the triumphs, the low moments, the honesty, the realism but most of all, I come here when I think recovery is impossible or not worth it, because you are living proof that it isn't and when I know that I can keep going. It's such a gift that you're willing to share your journey, thank you so so much.

i don't often comment but i wanted to say how much your videos have helped me. ive been struggling with my eating since starting uni but yesterday i had a brownie and a cookie at the Christmas market after a meal with my parents and im really proud of myself :)

Okay this is all very cute and wholesome, and has convinced me to hunt down an advent calendar of some sort.

Years ago I found a tea advent calendar and I got one for my mom, bestie and another friend. I get them one every year and we compare the ones we like and dislike. You can get them loose leaf or tea bags. It's a nice tradition.

Just wanted to reference your last vid about mental health; from my xp to anyone who's ever been a victim of hate / violence because of their appearance, gender, orientation, race : DO NOT ever let a hateful notion 'there's something wrong with me' sink in. Trust me, it's a recipe for self hatred and compulsive anxieties later on. When we suffer and we need a break, it's only natural to think: maybe if I was as everybody else I would be accepted. No, haters will always find something else to prey upon. I've always had androgynous look, which was a real fuel for bullies when I was growing up. I embraced it, used it to my advantage in my acting / modeling career, I was almost the face of Leon in these new Resident Evil games :)

Hi, Ro! Lilli here 🙂 Thank you for this video, inspirational, motivational and entertaining as always ❤ I have a question I haven’t heard you talk about regarding a part of recovery from anorexia. I am recovering at the moment and my stomach is insanely bloated. It is seriously massive. My limbs are still quite small so it looks so weird! How did you deal with ‘recovery tummy’? I was alright with it but now it’s so big it’s quite triggering because I just want it to go away, which makes me want to restrict again. I won’t, because I can’t. It’s simply not an option. But I would love to know how you handled this, or your experience with stomach bloating. I feel so alone! I rarely see in anyone talk about it.
