The software and engineering talent of Tesla is amazing. Also, most people are just beginning to understand all the features they have. Like the HEPA Filter in the Model S, X and Y which is the most sophisticated air filter in any vehicle. Pretty useful with wildfires in California and all the other air pollution in cities. And I am sure they will crack full self driving.

Seeing something give an adult so much joy and make them giggle like a child is what we all need right now! Such a beautiful thing and a truely mind blowing car

Congrats on the purchase and great review nice to see someone go into dept with such detail and fun. Think the new tesla is amazing in almost every way, however for myself even the cheapest model is just too expensive I'm 21 and living in the UK for myself the cheapest tesla I have found is around 35k with close to 100k miles then my insurance is almost 3k a year just isn't possible but hey one day it might change.

Reminder. This is a person that has owned a Taycan for a while now and is still this impressed by the Plaid, that says a lot about this car because the Taycan is also an impressive machine.

It is insane how far this stuff has come. Makes me excited that hopefully in 7 years when I get a new car I will be able to get possibly a used Tesla and experience the features myself.

Just got my Model 3 (first Tesla and electric car) in the same color combo and I love it!! I also have an S 63 so getting another fast car wasn’t necessary but the Model 3 is no slouch and I have been having a blast with it. Great video!

Recently, I went to Charleston with my new Tesla S plaid. Not knowing a lot about the vehicle and caught in heavy traffic. 2 times. My lane ran out with little or no warning. I smash the gas and pull over and don’t even have to look because no matter what the car beside you is doing,if they are at or close to your same rate of Speed you will be 4 to 5 car links ahead of them by the time you pull into their lane. Also the nice thing about doing what I just said is that the people that you jumped in front of are not Mad. You didn’t make any noise, you didn’t do a burn out, you never caused them to change speed and you were just gone. Amazing vehicle.

There’s genuinely something impalpable that you experience when you actually use a Tesla. It annoys me that it’s true, but you use one in your daily life and something just clicks. There’s an “aha” moment when you just realize that everything makes sense. I love mine, and I hate that I love it.

The obvious place to put a smart phone would get you points on your license and huge fine here in BC. Here you have to store your phone where it is unreachable or in the glovebox or other storage compartments. Such an amazing car though. Happy for anyone that gets to experience that :)

Glad you're enjoying your Tesla. If there is a car ahead of you at an intersection and the light is green, you won't have to tap anything--the car will just proceed through the intersection following the car in front of you.
