the auto assignment rule is only for when a contact starts a new conversation? is it possible to trigger the auto assignment when the contact says a keyword or a tag is added, etc?
Thanks for your question. Yes, in your flows you can automatically open a live chat and kick off the assignment. The ManyChat Action step also has an Assign Conversation feature.
