He is so right! I’m not a business person but I have enough sense to know if you put a successful businessman in charge of the government he’ll make it a success! That’s exactly why I voted for President Trump in 2016 and 2020! And as far as having a assertive and bold personality that’s not a bad thing! I was a charge nurse for many many years and I can tell you if I had not had a bold personality a lot of people would’ve died at the hands of good nurses but with poor skills and/or judgment at times. I had to demand that they get educated and that they perform their skills in a specific way in order to have the results we needed for the patients success! A successful business person understands that same necessity for assertiveness that I had and that it’s for the good of everyone in the long run!

Seniors are actually the richest members of society, statistically. They've had a lifetime to work and put aside savings and multiply their wealth by the magic of compound interest. The seniors who live in poverty? Maybe they should have been less profligate over their entire life. The older I get--and I'm definitely old--the less I can tolerate whiny old people. Where is it written that the rest of society has to take care of people whose own people won't help them? If YOU want to take care of old people, go ahead. There's nothing in the Constitution that implies that the US Government is supposed to take the place of every effing charity on Earth. There are charities and organized religions. Their functions include taking care of old people. As the elderly population keeps getting larger and larger and people keep living longer and longer, there are fewer and fewer people to support them. Look at Japan. They've been in a recession most of the time since 1991. But they're the nation with the longest-lived people.

Seems like a great candidate for VP, but sure would like to see Tim Scott so Trump could get more of the black vote.

Tim Scott moves his numbers up according to a couple polls. I just hope that these guys wanting to be VP are not upset about his choice. Because I believe that it’s a great team and he will probably have all of them in his cabinet because they’re about the most talented people in Washington and probably the most Trust full too. I like Tim Scott but I was hoping for Byron Donalds. Also Mark Rubio. But Tim should probably get it because he’s the guy that puts people in their place about Trump. And he’s been with from the start. Mark Rubio just might get you more of the Hispanic community because it shows that Trump wants the best people around no matter the skin color.
