I always liked these videos and decided to try and make one for Apex. Would appreciate feedback. I stream weekdays: / boomrazzle music: In This Shirt - The Irrepressibles

Even with its faults and mistakes, in the end this game has brought so many people togther and memories of spending time with those friends on this game I'll forever be gratefull for.
The quality of voice acting that went just in the banter between Ballistic and Bangalore is better than in most video games. Or even shows. So much talent wasted on a BR.
This game got me through one of the worst periods in my life and kept me connected to friends when I felt like I had no one. It may have even kept me alive in that time. Now it's something my wife and I do together. I hate apex a lot of the time, but I will always love it.
Same I cried man…. Such a beautiful game. I don’t regret all the money I’ve put into it…. This game has distracted me from problems irl. Thanks apex. I’ll forever love u. Thanks BOOM 🫡
The memories this video brought back not only in game, but at each point in my life when I saw each clip for the first time almost had me in tears. This game changed my life and this will stay as one of my favourite Apex Legends videos ever made. Thanks Boom 💛
Apex lore goes hard. Wish they made more because it is absolutely amazing and tells a story about the hardships of legends apart from them playing in a blood sport
After one week I am blown away by the response to this video. I have always wanted to make a music montage. I love Apex and the cinematics, so I made an attempt. Thanks everyone who gave constructive feedback, there is so much to improve. I will choose a new song and get to work on another! In the meantime this is still primarily a gameplay channel. Cheers, Legends.
This video actually made me cry. The music and editing was so good and just watching the emotional rollercoaster that is their story arch's all intertwined, it was so beautiful. Thank you so much for making the video, Boom. You have made a community remember what it is to be an Apex Legend.
The lore of this is something that should be brought to the screen. As a show or anime or limited series. Comic books too. The game might be all over the place. But the lore is too good to be left behind
Even though there are some issues in this game that cause chaos, this game will always be in my heart. Been playing since late 2019 and can't get it out of my head. Respawn know how to entertain and make emotional Apex cinematics
I can’t really explain it, but even though I am an apex veteran who played from first week and still plays non stop, and have watched all those videos many times, the editing went so well with the song, it actually made me tear up. Beautiful work. Beautiful game.
idk why i started crying , my tears weren't stopping and while typing this its still not ready tostop . I feel these are not just games but something that connects us to ourself even more , which unites us , ignites the passion . i'll be forever be grateful for all these moments and memories that it has given me . thanks for being the support when we were alone , lonely . From one gamer to another
This gave me goosebumps, and fond memories and when I used to play Apex a lot. I really do hope the devs fix Apex Legends with it’s current state, and give the same passion as they once had for the game.
This was very well made. It’s sad that EA has basically took over because the lore for this game could be endless. I could literally see Apex made into shows or film they have so many unique Characters that only exist in this universe. Ugh man i hope respawn can keep up their fight because the Apex universe is so special.
Don't even blame EA, it's not always EA's fault, remember it was Respawn's idea to not fix the issues with Titanfall 1 and 2, EA has given Respawn full control over their game's, EA only supports them
I’m so glad to see something with apex that’s wholesome and enjoyable and not just complaints. This is what makes the game great and I’m glad you did this. As a week one player the amount of nostalgia j felt was amazing thank you boom! Great video ❤
The Voidwalker Cinematic and the Old Ways Cinematic both gave me the craziest chills when the apex theme played at the end. The Horizon "Promise" animation brought me to tears. This game has incredible story and I hope they continue to build with it ❤❤❤❤️
This was amazing. I always go back and watch the cinematics every once in a while cause it gives me such a feeling of nostalgia and hope. Seeing them edited together was really something, beautiful. Well done.
I haven't cried in over a decade. this was the most moving edit I've ever seen. I was in tears. thank you so much. feeling this emotion was the most relief ive experienced in my lifetime. I don't know how or why. but just thank you.
Even if I have gone away from Apex, the friendship and moments I shared, the friends I made, all of it. Apex and Titanfalls story, 11/10, it’s amazing. The legends personalities and backstories, the friends and enemies, the ties with titanfall, it’s beautiful. No matter how bad the game gets, it’s community will keep it alive. I’m just glad it’s something I am a part of, wether I’m active or not.
This explains why there hasn’t been any videos… just kidding. 😉 All jokes aside, this is fucking amazing Boom. Gave me shivers and a little chocked up by the end. Please continue to make more videos like this. ♥️
it’s not just a game, the lore of this game is extraordinary and the love the devs and story writers have put into these characters makes this one of the most rich communities you could be a part of
I am a new fan of apex, and also happen to be a storytelling nerd. Apex has some of the most beautifully complex lore of any large game. Thanks for highlighting that.
Boom: The score is almost perfectly matched to illicit the requisite "lump in throat" response in keeping with the thematic of the short. If nothing else, you may have a future in scoring/editing films/shorts/etc. This is exceptionally well done for a novice. Bravo.
For some reason this game, the characters and their stories mean so much to me and i connect a very special time to them. I am still desperately waiting for a netflix show.
@@solodoloxmo The OG soundtrack is the reason I even started playing Apex Legends! Without it, I would never have touched this free-to-play Battle Royale Online Multi-Player game. (I avoid f2p games, I'm a single-player gamer, and I never touched a BR before Apex, and will probably never play another one either.)
I love this game man, I got my first Xbox ever when I was 17 and the very first game I got was Apex Legends, I told all my friends to download it and till this day we still play it together very consistently, I just love this game man, the playability, the characters, the fluidity of gameplay, the mechanics, the graphics… it’s all so amazing, fun and engaging.
I was all in feels from the whole video until I saw wraith's face reflected in the helmet at 2:56, that makes me crack up every time. I forget that part of the animation its been so long. The video is still really good, loved it.
Ending was clean, well done on the editing for the hole thing really. Truly, you deserve the compliment, ending the whole thing the Apex theme reminded me how much I love this games story.
hey Boom, really solid idea off the top. the music along with slow transitions are good. humbly, to make it more immersive i’d try to pull the viewer in with a narrative that climaxes parallel the climax of the song. it was smooth at the beginning, keeping a story arc in mind when using music and visuals always helps me while editing. keep going!
yeah I think looking back there should have been like 5 stories that began and 5 story payoffs at the climax, but some legends only got one scene so they seem a bit out of place. Like Maggie, Crypto, Mirage. There was so much content to go through that I got pretty lost. At one point there was even voice over from the voice message Mirages Mom left him in game and a voice over from Wattsons Dad, but therre was really only 4 minutes to jam everything in there and a lot had to be cut.
@@Boomrazzle totally, and i see your vision. if only this was the star wars universe and all plots coincided. titanfall/2’s visual content came to mind while watching!
If you think about it revenent has been through the most out of any legend he was forced to relive over 300 of his own deaths felling the pain of each one triked into thinking he was human for 350 years
there is so much Love and Passion and Hard work put in to every aspect of this game from its dev team to its Voice cast, to its pro grinders and casuals. Its true that its easy to forget the beauty of something when it gets rough. but as long as there are people like boom and kandy, people who always find the light in the dark, those who fell in love with the Lore and the Story and the Characters. We will always Share beautiful moments together like this video. Thank you boom, after a rough morning I needed an escape and you provided that to me even if it was just for 5 minutes. thank you, for reminding myself and I'm sure many others of the reasons we fell in love with this game.
A gaggle of broken hearts, lost souls, that found eachother in one. Simple. Game. We love these characters because they created these characters to have human problems, emotions. We see ourselves in their troubles, their losses, their heartaches, and to watch this triumph and grow and adapt and to build the family that they have now is such simply. Remarkable
Beautiful. Simply beautiful. This video right here encapsulates the heart and soul of apex. To show that even though going through traumatic events is hard and heart crushing, these people fight on. They have my respect and truly earn the title of… Legends.
This gives me so much nostalgia I miss OG apex so much the memories I had when I got my first ever win and the amazing memories I had with my freinds if only it was the same as the first day it was released!
this almost made me cry bro. i started playing apex when the pandemic happened and it really reignited my passion in gaming. i stopped gaming in high school but when i started playing apex i found myself playing every night and day until morning. i genuinely enjoyed playing it and just had fun. but the more i played it, the higher of a rank i got, it just got more and more toxic. to the point where i was just a girl being bullied by so many guys. now i just don't have the passion or enjoyment i once had. i miss it. i used to compete in tournaments too and it was so fun. but i do love the lore as much as i did, maybe even more than the actual gameplay now lol.
me after watching the most beautifully constructed emotionally wrecking apex montage only to proceed to go into a ranked game and sit in a corner for 20 minutes
I joined Apex in Season 12, left and came back at the end of Season 17. Through that time I realized the worth this game truly has against its competition, especially through its connections and references to Titanfall throughout.
