It’s great that the media can put pressure on these companies and the companies respond to them BUT it should NOT have to be that way!! SHAME on the insurance companies!

Why dose it take this kind of action for the INSURANCE COMPANIES to do their job ?? That's why this woman had INSURANCE & paid her premiums & the INSURANCE COMPANY didn't do their job i would be talking to a lawyer & see if they can be held accountable for their delay tactics !! Wow so unreal !!

Sad we have to go to the news and call out these scam insurance companies publicly to get any sort of help for these people.
