Old cash registers you had to manually type in all the prices, I used to make up prices allll the time at the gas station I worked at when I was younger
What's funny is that in a different episode, Beavis and Butthead are accused for stealing out of the register. Well, that is true in this case as Butthead isn't even putting the money in the register in the first place lol
Because people are asking "why is Beavis on grill duty" it's because there's literally NO ONE ELSE THERE, Butthead is technically the assistant manager because everyone else quit or refuses to work with them, even the manager isn't there half the time
I worked at a restaurant run like this when I was beavis & butt-head's age, two kids taking orders, cooking, serving, cleaning, we did only slightly better than they did.
the burger costs a $1.and "something" is the tax.Butthead got it right.he just don't know how to talk.he coulda said something like "that'll be $2 all together sir!after punching the cost button and the tax button on the register.although he put $1 in his pocket,i guess it was for some emergency use.
I think the idea is that the customer can see the price on the board and is just waiting for butthead to figure that it is more than 1 $, so that is why he is ready so quickly with more money.
Well frankly, it struck me as sort of cliché. How about this, dont let our food be denied you, put our polyansaturated fats and triglycerides inside you!
@@danieltrejo7780 Yes, it's awful. We have different departments where I work, and being by yourself with no other bodies to spare is one of the most stressful things ever.
@@greenboyson6897 lol This was back in the 90’s. I don’t remember what his name was. I may try to google the schools name and some random dates from the time period. See if I can find him. Lmao Thanks for the idea. My beat friend would die laughing too. He remembers “Beavis.”
I love how he steals 2 dollars to cover for the fact that he stole in the 1st place, but instead of putting it in the register he pockets it anyway, lol!
Exactly. You cant push the cost of workers for the bigger profit indefinitely. At some point tide turns this way, shown here. And then, one by one, customers give up on coming there.
for real, I worked at McDonalds when I was 16-18 and made between $4.50 an hour and $5.15 an hour in my time there and I stole stuff from there time to time, I can't say I really regret it, I am sure if I was getting $8 an hour and treated with an ounce of respect I wouldn't have done it
He could do this all day long getting one dollar from each customer and if he was called out on it, he could turn around and say "that dollar is my tip" because he is in the land of "give me a tip even though it's my job" land.
Great Unanswered Scientific Questions: - What was there before Big Bang? - What is the meaning of life? - Are we alone in the universe? ... ... ... - Why the hell were Beavis and Butthead never fired from Burger World???
Anybody remember when these guys were doing a fundraiser - candy bars for $1.00. They ate all the candy, but they paid for it - they had one dollar bill, and they kept passing it back and forth buying candy bars from each other.
Jesus Christ is our savior, he died on the Cross for our sins and rose three days later. Putting your faith in Him is the only way to get to Heaven when you die, so turn to him if you want to go to Heaven, He’s the ONLY way!❤️🙏
