I scrolled down through the comments to see if anybody would have anything to say about Jr. putting a Victory shirt on and showing up on Dad's video. I kept thinking about it. The Jr. dynamic is a lot to think about in lieu of how the young man has handled himself over time and how Dad has dealt with it without ever coming right out and saying much. Being the kind of man Ryan is, it had to be somewhat difficult for him and that's all I will say for my comment. Your comment was appropriate and I was happy to see it.

Ryan goes above and beyond for EVERY employee. I agree, it's a shame they didn't at least remember it and do something. It appears Ryan even took the guys for lunch on his OWN birthday and paid for them. I know he does it because he likes to and that's just his personality. They have no excuse to at least get him a card. Shameful. I'm embarrassed for them.
