It's really sill y honestly. I saw a comment exactly like this yesterday. "Pendulum is what ruined the game i love." Like BROTHER RANK 4 SPAM, QUASAR/T.G., literally any modern top tier Archetype/deck can do what unnerfed Pendulum can do arguably on par if not 5 times better.

People hate pend cards it's because every card has two different sets of effects and you have to read twice as much and you know what's every yugioh players worst nightmare? Having to read cards LMAO. When I play against pend decks I just to whatever and hope it get's through, no way in hell I'm reading all that shit.

Kaiba is a really good cocky character who can actually back his shit up, but honestly, Madara has him beat, him asking the Kages whether they wanted his clones to use Susanoo or not was first degree murder, or the classic 2nd meteor after throwing hands with the entire shinobi aliance with just his bare hands, bro was an absolute savage and he had them hands to back it up.

I’m playing a Horus/ Egyptian God deck in the XYZ cup rn. Got a great repay yesterday against a Galaxy Eyes player. 13 turns, both of us clearing each others boards back and forth. Eventually I have no hand and no field, for the next two turns drew obelisk first, then soul crossing. Souls crossing gave me the win by tributing their board and attacking for game. Chefs kiss* 🤌
Yeah, as more an event/casual mode player myself... It's literal hell. I kid you not, the most absurdly powerful decks I've come across in the last few months have been in casual match ups. They feel even more powerful because I treat casual mode as, well, casual and purposefully run either nerfed or weaker decks.

For me lately I have been using Invoked and Earthbound cards. It is an interesting combo. It oddly enough has won me the most in my duals since I built it.

Hey rhyme I always love your videos. By the way i have an idea for you to do with some (whether it be seereax,do to or anyone else). This is something me and my friend came up with it's a challenge where we build classic anime style decks and duel with them ( by classic anime style i mean 1. you pick a deck/archetype from like the duel monsters-GX era of Yu-Gi-Oh examples being elemental heroes which is what I picked and Egyptian god's which is what my friend picked 2. you can only have 1 copy of each card like how they do in the show 3. you can only use support card cards from this era of Yu-Gi-Oh unless it's like direct support like with the god cards with like revive sky god and millennium revolution and stuff like that) By the way I'm aware that in GX a lot of people had multiple copies of cards but we just did this to have a bigger pool of cards to pick from

I quit playing me so long ago main reason was the game had so much potential to be great when it came out because of the variety of decks that you could see and I admit i stopped watching after the first season so i came back to yugioh interested in seeing so many decks I didn’t know existed but then quickly noticed that you will only see 2 decks in ranked and the idea that out of 500 duels i will see the top tier meta deck 437 times just killed my interest fast
