Pancakes.
(3-4 servings)
INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITY:
- plain yoghurt 350 g / 0.771 lb;
- chicken egg 1 pc.;
- flour 200 g / 0.440 lb;
- sugar 1 tablespoon;
- powder for cookies 1 teaspoon;
- sunflower oil 55-75 g / 0.121-0.165 lb.
COOKING TECHNOLOGY:
- take a deep dish;
- pour plain yoghurt;
- add a chicken egg;
- salt to taste;
- add flour;
- add sugar;
- add cookie powder;
Mix all the ingredients to a homogeneous mass.
- heat the pan;
- pour sunflower oil into the pan;
- put the mixture in portions in a pan;
Fry until ready.
- divide into portions.
Cooking time is 7-10 minutes.
