it's okay to be okay.
we shot this video a little over than a year ago, and i've held on to it since then because it was quite personal to me. there was a moment in my life where i felt like 'being ok,' was not allowed. i couldn't help myself but feel bad, anytime i felt good about my life. but i've learned over the course of time, that accepting that we are OK, doesn't mean we have to feel guilty about our personal advantages or better days. it just means we have more to give to those who need it. we all have bad days and worse days, so to be OK, is a luxury. to be able to walk outside and enjoy the sun, is a gift. So from me to you, don't let fear or guilt take you away from embracing and feeling OK.

This was like a movie! It felt like a rom-com, where the two leads are kind of dancing around each other and then they finally have this epic night where they dance at a party and let loose and even end up doing karaoke on stage. It’s really cool how Sean built that vibe through dance

This song came out right as I met my romantic partner and we contemplated going into business together. I always interpreted it as two people trying to negotiate how to work together, making mistakes, bumming into one another, having regrets, but ultimately finding a compromise and taking their business to the stage. In a few days it will be our 1 year work anniversary and it brings me back to this choreo because we’re still doing this dance (figuratively), but we never gave up and we finally caught our lucky break. ☺️ Love this masterpiece!

Did anyone else have to re-watch it because you didn't even listen to the music, but watched them being themselves with their iconic duo dancing... go re-watch it only to not listen once again... yeah, me too. Great dance partners. It definitely shows that they have a long history of dancing with each other. The vibe and theme is just on point. In general, when you look at dance partners you can often tell "this one has this style, that one has that style, individual styles DURING a dance", and some productions are definitely looking for that "difference" on the dance floor (mixing up different dance genres in a pairing); But with Sean and Kaycee, even-though they have individual styles OUTSIDE of partnering, when they dance together they manage to adjust to the theme of the choreography perfectly, so that it looks like both belong. No difference. They are the same. Their synergy is so good. Their style looks almost identical according to what the choreo needs. Both just look in sync theme-wise, emotion-wise, and moves-wise. Great partnership. I'm just some guy, not a professional dancer, but that's what I'm seeing in this pairing.
